About ten years ago, I wake up one morning and I feel my throat tightening at the thought of going to work. I tell myself :"I don't have a choice, I have to go!" I knew that I was exhausted, but I thought it was no big deal, normal, even, and that crying easily and back pain were just a part of life. When I was told to go see a doctor, and that they would "for sure" put me on sick leave, I felt surprised. And refused automatically. "I don't need help, I'll be fine, I just need to power through until the next vacation" is what I told myself.

As time passed, I was getting more and more aware that I couldn't really see a light at the end of the tunnel. So I did end up going to the doctor's who did put me on sick leave, and recommended that I go "see someone". So I went from working and thinking about work constantly to sitting on couch...constantly. And seeing a therapist once a week. It did help me feel better, and plan the next phase of my career. Until...I woke up one morning with that tightness in my throat again.

I felt so confused. How could I be burning out again, when I had changed jobs and been to therapy?? How can I leave burnout behind for good? So I did a lot of research, tried everything, yoga, coaching, mindfulness, tapping, meditation, art, music....Spent years discovering, testing, creating and perfecting tools, based on neuroscience to put burnout behind me permanently. Then I took a coaching certification and shared those tools with my clients, and started getting great results! With my seven-step method, I now help my clients not only take control of their lives again, but I provide them with the tools so that they can handle anything.
